Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the products has been made to your order specifications. Try on your shoes as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing.
All the returning requests should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item. Getting contact with our customer service before submitting the request is NECESSARY. You should pay attention that the customized items can’t be returned according to the policy.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Before sending the items back, customers must get a contact with Customer Service to confirm eligibility for an exchange or return with showing photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on sneakergodz.com.au. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective. All of our shoes custom-tailored, the finished item may vary by approximately 1 inch(2.5cm). To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, please choose the exact size depending on your own size when placing the order. You are eligible for a return if the item is not the size you ordered.
Wrong style item Issues
You are eligible for a return if the item is not the one on the picture when ordering.
If the received item has some problem with workmanship, like uncompleted stitching, split sewing or gaps. You are eligible for a refund.
Wrong Shipped Issues
If we send you wrong item or there is lost sending for your order items, we’ll pay you the reimbursement. You are eligible for cancellation or returning.
When the package has damage during shipping, please sign for the parcel to receive it and check the items. If the product has damage, please get in touch with Customer Service in time.
