Payments
To place your order please call our call Number: 0416237578. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or direct debit. Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed immediately. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

Important Returns and Exchanges
We will not accept unauthorized returns of shoes. If you receive your purchase and are in any way unhappy with it please contact us. Please also note…once the shoes has been removed from its original packaging we are unable to accept a return. If you have been authorized to return a product it MUST be returned in its original packaging and in the same brand new condition in which you received it. If an item is returned and we deem that it has not been returned to us in the original brand new condition in which it was sent then the item will be returned to you at your cost and no refund issued.

If you have purchased shoes please inspect  BEFORE removing the bindings. Once the labels have been removed we cannot accept a return. If shoes has been cut or coloured/altered in any way returns cannot and will not be accepted under any circumstances. We offer no warranty or guarantee on shoes that has been altered. Do so at your own risk. If a clip is loose these can easily be restitched back on using normal needle and thread. If a shoes is broken we will happily send you a replacement clip so that you can sew it back on. We will even include a few spares for you.

If we are refunding your purchase for any reason only a refund of the purchase price will be issued. Postage costs are non-refundable. Return postage is at the expense of the purchaser. We will not cover return postage costs and parcels marked “Return to Sender” will be refused.

Shipping and Deliveries
All orders are processed within 24 hours. We will endeavor to have your items to you as soon as possible although deliveries range between 1- 4 days depending on where you are in Australia.  Any orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the Monday. Our Customer Service team are available Monday- Friday from 8am – 5pm AEST.
